Anyone else get locked out of episode #14? Started it today, got 10 stars, then got locked out. No icon for episode #14 ... try to get into it through episode #13, but that does not work either. HELP!

I also wonder what the red eye in the bottom left corner is. I know it has to do with hints ... but how does it differ from the other type of hint, the magnifying glass? I don't want to use it either till I know what it does.
