First, you can back the game and start over so you don't have to wait 5 min each time.

It took 2 people. Each take one side of the board to get what you can initially. First person gets theirs, then let second take over. If you can each get 3 or 4, you are back to guessing, but your chances are much greater. Once we got into a routine, my 15yo son and I did all 3 in about 30 min.
