Why can't I find this game in the App Store?!

how do i get kabuto to earn a new bloodline because to equip the sage skill book i need him to have sage art(snake ) and sage art (wind) i have the sage wind bloodline but idk how to get the sage art(snake). does anyone know how to give hime the sage art (snake) bloodline?
