I'm on the 3rd time cell door is jammed. Don't know how to open it this time!

I'm stuck trying to get the cell door unjammed. Guard says he's not on his shift to help and hint says "brace yourself"

I am stuck!! All the hint says is "brace yourself." ?!?!!!
