Stuck on 252. Have 51 out of 52 but there is one red pepper stuck in ice & no other peppers on the board. What the heck? Help please. Thanks

Can you volunteer to skip a level? Level 204 just seems impossible & I am not willing to throw any more money or time into this level. Love the game, but this is ridiculous. HELP!
