@Natalia: if you're on a mobile phone/tablet, you let your finger a few seconds on the building you want to move and an arrow will appear. You let it fill itself up (do not move your finger) and then, you can move it. You can't move every buildings though. If you're on a computer, it's the same procedure but with your mouse.
