  Usually. Tsunade is better for stopping fury and active skills that cause damage or have effect but Sakura just stops damage but the effect will still go through, so tsunade wouldnt be stunned but Sakura would

  Sakura her summoning slug blocks any damage type for 3 turns or until you take damage but if the attack has an effect it can still work
