  Kabuto and Kurosutchi are good choices. they'll keep em sealed if you give one a 3 wrath and the other a 5 wrath.

  The first trial gives 10 kiba fragments every now and then. the one with ten-ten. only do three so that you can replenish your trial certificates.

  You can't have anyone that doesn't do "single" damage. You have to keep the dude behind the 3-tails alive. At round 15 he starts to weaken him. So use yamato, neji, and hinata to seal. One with wrath 5, another with wrath 3, and the last with no wrath. That way the beast is ALWAYS sealed. So make sure you also don't have any special techinques that damage multiple targets. And put in your heaviest single attack hitter. Also keep sakura and tsunade with two healing techniques. Best group: Neji, Hinata, Yamato, Sakura, Tsunade, and your most powerful single target striker (guy/zabuza/juugo...)

  put kurostuchi in front left so she can seal, or kabuto, front left to seal. both with wrath 5. put the other in the bottom left with wrath 3. Make sure to use sakura's slug form special technique to protect the team. use obito's blast to fire the other team. tsunade is good also to protect the team in case seal wears off and kabuto fails. then just one more high damage person. best use naruto. Make sure to have two-tails or one-tail attached to the team.
