it follows the diagram on the wall with with the evil dude. then you just need to tally the symbol with the robot paper. look at the top row, and the refer to the direction down the column.
+ = bottom left
x = top left
divide = triangle (as seen in the watermelon cage) = bottom right

3rd circle=bottom left
4th circle= top left
