  Not sure, but Naruto's Scroll, and Sasuke's sword both have that, so I would assume Sakura's exclusive equip has something as well.

  Makes it stronger each time. That + Oro is amazing, but his mangyekou sharingan (that goes in the headband slot) makes them both look weak if it's at T4 with a decent level.

  Beat the 9 tails, seal him inside his Jinchuriki (Naruto in this case) and Naruto receives the actual 9 tails bloodline. This also works with all other Tailed Beasts and Jinchurikis.
