They just started putting the wheel on to get a daily item. It's a small wheel located under the top left where it says how many lives you have.

I am on it too. That is the end. There should be more levels coming this weekend I think.

I never had any wheel at all either.

Do like I do Candy. Get a lot of Toy Blast Friends. I play thru facebook and have 150 friends. I am hardly without lives.
