Click on either the dice or the diamonds and it will take you to the store. The scratchers are all the way on the right with the letter "s" in the center of the icon.

On an iOS device, you have to go to the store to find your scratchers. Also, if you don't enable them in the settings, you won't be able to access them. Hope this helps.
