I'm now on Level 18 of Howie's Quest

Yes I finally beat it, you have to do 2 things block the slimer and if you utilize Howie's UpDown power. If you can line up the blue bulb and then get the arrow just below it to go off you'll get 2 bulbs out of that hit and another above or below.

13 is killing me, can't seem to get below 8 of those bulbs left
