You can find the bee near to your flowers. Make sure to plant more flowers at botanical garden to attract more bees.

You will have three options. 1) You can donate it to the museum. 2) You can sell it to get more money. 3) You can keep it in your town to increase the beauty. You can choose options 2 or 3 if the museum already has those plants. :)
