  Your biggest problem is chakra regen. Try to get max chakra bonus also earring kushina from gold chest/shop then nagato/deva chair. You need kaka and mitsuki get full chakra (the green bar on the left) in 1 round, so they will stunlock

  U have some good points. However, the biggest problem is "a lot of top players have her." Do u mean on new server? If u check top 5 each server, no one uses him.
  Second problem, he didn't have event in 3 months now. How people can get his equips and passive?
  Haku doesn't have reinforcement so he can't be strong like other cards.

  Best cards from 10 draw are konan, deva, bee and raikage. But get those cards wont make u stronger because u have none their equips. Best way to consume is enhance equip
