They just fixed that with the new update! :)

Any time it says something about stolen artwork or something was broken into, there will be larger piles of dirt outside placed randomly around the map and all you do is dig it up.

As in the little quest they give me some times I only get one other times I get them all. It just matters on the time you get on and if the things are on the map or not. I found keeping things like menreals in storage helps a lot for if I can't find it on the map I always make sure to keep one.

You can purchase demolition orders in the store to remove any Town Upgrades that you no longer wish to have, but you'll need one order per Town Upgrade you want to remove.

For actually flowers the pretty ones it take a day(24hrs), veggie seeds that you buy or find in the packs it will say above them how long it will take, fruit trees take 3 days for the fruit to fall on the ground ready for harvest.

Different bugs appear in different areas in your town and at different times of the day. Some bugs like grass or trees, and other bugs prefer morning or night. Look around in the right place and at the right time of day and you have a good chance of finding the bug you want.

Literraly its the luck of being at the right place at the right time.
