You need to fix all the items in town... the lake, the bridge, the stone circle, the beach, and the cave before you can aquire 100% beauty.

I always keep seeds on hand and whenever I have to dig a hole instead of filling it in I put vegetable seeds in so when the town folk take the food the holes are now gone.

You need to have patience, they Grow very slowly. I get about 3-5 each day now but it took a few days till they started multiplying.

You have to plant themy right beside each other and they will spawn new plant varieties.
