You just have to be patient it'll take a few weeks for them to show up.

Are you talking about the first quest?
If so I got it randomly at the chest game or a tourist gave it to me.

Sadly you can't, I would recommend you take it slow with the quest. As most of them are very time consuming, so don't waste crystals doing them.

You can only do it once or if you *ONLY* play offline. Because they'll blacklist you out of the social features of the game.

Try playing it with two people, it seems to help a lot for people because they will have a greater chance at remembering the tiles.
