You can decompose those cards to get good souls under the tab "Ninja Soul".

I've used it, in my opinion, it's a weak card (although I'm not experienced in combo cards, so it's your choice to take my word on it), I'm still figuring out how to stun lock with him, he will need alot of HIT equipment.
