  sealers are guys whose skill can seal the enemy from using the unique skill cards like hinata chojuro neji kabuto at sage form are early starters that can seal prob gonna be the ones your lookin for with that said u need 2 of them to have them keep the enemy sealed or seallocked first spot would be one sealer and last spot would be 2nd first with csow lvl5 2nd with lvl3 to alternate seals and then pref a higher hp defensive guy to take the hits and the rest fill in with the most damage u can do adjust to what u think u need more

  without a active skill u can release your unique more often which is usually better for instance if u use oro and get a grey seal on sasuke then his damage sucks and u want to get it to red asap with a active it will take longer to possibly change it back to red which is more damage

  susa kakashi and mitsuki can stunlock just need to pick up alot of chakra so they can keep releasing skills if u have obito and kakashi gold u could stunlock with that same thing with chakra if u have the skill lightning cutter on both of them
