What is the timer about? I have more moves, but all of a sudden it says out of time. There is nothing showing with the timer.

On certain levels, once PLAY is clicked, a timer will start. It is shown on the top level of the screen, next to the heart symbol. Once a level tile is clicked to begin play, the timer will NOT be visible.
