The green leaf stones convert to edaloot when you dive and put them into the brick making machine. You get 5 edaloot for 1 green stone.

You get it while diving. It only appears on some levels though and it only brings back 10 bricks. It costs 750, 300 or 100 coins bringing back 10 bricks every 1, 3 or 9 hours. Personally I wish it gave more blocks if you spent more money but this game can get pretty frustrating underwater. I am on level 56 and diving takes me up to 4 days now. & you have to do it, to get Amber to build the palace. Hope that helps

I am not sure what level it appears at but once you de-curse the carpenters cove then it becomes available to de-curse using X amount of magic! Then you'll need to buy the woodworkers bench to do anything worthwhile with the lumber. It's costly so make sure to make goods n sell them in your market to make the money needed. I think it cost like $12,500. Whatever you do, don't sell the lumber in the market! You can never have too much!

You have to upgrade the palace like the windows & the doors. You make one of those big Amber stones using a red stone & 5 little Amber ones. Then if you click on the side of the towers on the windows, doors etc, you can use X amount of big Amber stones plus magic to get royal seals! Hope that helps!
