I have to sink 13 anchors in 30 moves

I just, finally, passed level 27.
Just by making squares and more squares. It's a hard one.

Has somebody succeeded on this 1. My best is 3 times 8 anchors with just one or two moves to go for the ninth. I'm on 27 for three days now
