Keeps perps happier longer but I didn't build any decor till I reached lvl 57 now at lvl 63 and have built most just to build stuff

You eventually will have to build all of it really don't matter what u build or upgrade next as long as u constantly are doing both weather makes it hard to keep everything repaired that's the first thing I do when I log in is repair then collect then build or harvest

My suggestion upgrade your store

Upgrading building helps get u

Upgrade your fishing hut

Keep your settlers happy for all seasons (keep your buildings fixed)

Jagged rocks will only give you the blue point chips

Tap on buildings after stories and fix damage icon is a wrench
