How does one get access to "Start the level with" items like Rotors, TNT, and Cubes? I am currently starting the level with 13 Rotors, 12 TNT, and 12 cubes, but have no clue where they are during the game! It only shows other items, like the drill, train, vacuum, bucket, and brush.

You can spin the wheel daily, which can give you items. Also the 'Level Up Challenges' will give you items.
