We're very sorry you're experiencing issues with level 1 of the Epic Fiesta. This level is currently not working as intended. Our development team is aware of this problem and are working on a solution as we speak! We hope to have this level fixed very soon, as it's at the top of our priority list.

Epic Fiesta Level 1, the upper conveyer belt does not move, nor does anything affect the "baskets" sitting on it , additionally once the original "charms" are gathered, the remaining 9 never appear so the level can't be completed.
