No no you are not hearing me. I CAN'T, CAN'T, CAN'T UPGRADE my Mineral Mines I only enough workers for 2 originally, emptied them, up graded 1 and it became the only one. I have tried adding more mineral veins they all are only as good as decoration to me. There is no tab to upgrade my lvl 1 mines just add and move them like the other decorations.
