Josh,I don't have any medium houses I maximize population increase at each level up .Wasting gold ?The building allotment doesn't allow for us to make logical economic choices when leveling up level 2 to 3 is a substantial increase in price over 1 to 2.You must grow your city with haste ,prices technically increase per person as you level up.
