Wait. Unfortunately it takes longer than instant download. If you ar in a poor connection area, perhaps move somewhere with better connectivity. However some things just take time.

If you have a quest to collect the pirate flag, when you open the instructions, there should be an option to 'show me'. This will then either hover over the location where you need to search, or take you to the inventory where it wants you to 'collect' or assemble the collection. In the inventory you can click on the picture of any item and it will tell you what it is and at the bottom, in small writing it will list the places you can find it. If you have all the collection items are there and you just need the assembly items, you can click on 'collect' and then search which will take you tho a location where you MAY after several attempts get your item. Alternatively you can put the items, both collection and assembly, on your wish list or both search and wish.

I totally feel for you as I got the 'you can now collect' box and stupidly did - on an event super collection. So now I have to collect 5 collections again, and cannot even ask friends for help as it is an event. I feel really stupid as I had sworn not to do such a thing until the quest told me to. Then I got all excited and did it. At least I will be able to ask for help once the event is over - and I might get the items while I try for master level. I think there may be some sort of glitch because when I click on the show me of the quest, it goes into my collections and shows me the item with the collected banner over it. Anyway am in the doldrums. Good luck with your mirrors. ( you may have them by now)

I refuse to spend money on a game if I do not have to, and have reached level 49 since I began in February. I expect I am going a lot slower than you Aimee. If expert is the top level, does it go VI) Master, VII) Legend, VIII) Expert?

I have a Prinzessin (level 28) on my friends list - I am not sure if it is you though, If it isn't you feel free to add me (Green Scaly). Another thought I had was if your friends visit you, you could ask them to visit locations where the assembly items are as sometimes that gives a greater chance. I also found that sometimes you have to go up a level in order to get the items (eg from pathfinder to collector) at the location.

I do know someone who changes their name which you see on visits - initially it was name - no boxes please! now it is name wolf seal please. I think I might copy the no boxes please! I usually gift everyone at the same time, do that whether it is exactly 24hours everyone is getting them and I don't miss anyone. It takes quite a while and I shudder to think how long it will take if I upgrate the team spirit statue. I do like the next friend feature on the visits - I wish the same was added to the gifting.

If you tap on a location while visiting your friends it gives them something when they go to that location, it uses up your pink energy and i think gives you reputation and experience at being a friend. I have not got a clue what advantage it gives your friends just that there is one, and they can see an icon to show you have visited that location.

I think it is interacting with friends gifts or having a total of 5? I know you upgrade by getting more friends. I just upgraded by having a total of 10 friends, the next total is 20. There is an earlier post about totems too.

Sort of. When you are in collections and you are looking at the assembly items you still need to to combine your collection, you can tap the green plus symbol. This adds it to your wishlist which all your friends can see in game when they choose what gift to send. Hope this helps.

When you look at your friends in the menu at the bottom left of the screen (the handshake) and then the 3 people icon 3rd from left there is a picture of your friends avatar and at the bottom of each picture are two options. On the left is a picture of a gift and on the right is the visit icon. This may be different as i usecmy mobile phone and my surface pro 3, but as they afe the same aseach other i suspect you are too. When i 1st started playing the button said waiting for update so you may need to update too.
