It's like the game Simon. You listen to the note and watch which item(One of the stars, the moon or the asteroid) that they click. After each turn you click each item in the same order they did until you mess up. Just click in the same pattern or order the game does after it displays it.

Maybe if you go into your inventory and click on that juice it will give you the option to make them drink it? Either that or try going to the sick person once you've made the juice and click on them and it may give you that option

Purple + blue = bees wax
Purple+ white = set honey
Purple + red = clear honey
Blue + red= scented wax
Blue + white = clear wax
White + red = golden honey
Blue + blue = polishing wax
Purple+ purple = thisley honey
Red + red = poppy honey
White + white= daisy honey

I know when I bought my butler he just popped up on his own right after and was hanging out by the front door :D Maybe there is another designated spot in the house where the cleaner stays at where you have to find it and tell it to keep cleaning like the butler?
