For the ones who do not know: Militairy Exploit is earned by destroying or damaging the Ships of a enemy players' Fleet. This may be in a Mine, or in a Base.

Militairy Exploit is not awarded by destroying the Defense of a Mine, or Attacking a base which has no Defense Fleet deployed, The Opponent must be a player who has set up at least 1 ship for battle

With Militairy Exploit, you can increase your Rank. Every 5 Levels, a new rank will be unlocked, But you will need enough Militairy Exploit to get Promoted. Ranks give rewards. The higher the rank, the more rewards. But be careful: If you have more than 2 million ME, 1% will be deducted each day at 03:00AM. this may lead to the eventual Demotion, making you lose your rank and fall to a lower one. So try to make and stick to a daily ME Target

Ranks from RADM are limited, this is marked with "Population" So, if the Population limit is 40, this means only 40 players/commanders can earn the rank. If the limit is reached, you shall have to earn more militairy exploit than a player, who has the rank.

You can earn Accesories in the Supply Line Missions, Seems like youve done that

as for your Accesories, the best thing to do is to equip all Elite Accesories, even though they are level 0, then fit Basic accesories in places which are still empty.

After you have done that, Batch decompose all remaining accesories. Doing so will earn you rare Earth, and Crystals, which can be used to exchange accesory chests.

Now, with the earth you have got from the Batch Decompose, use it to upgrade your accesories. Try to keep the levels of all accesories somewhat the same, but it is crucial to finally upgrade all accesories to max level (your own player level). For this, you will need a lot of Rare Earth. This can be earned in Expedition force, which you can reset daily :)

Accesory Shards: You also can get Shards from Expedition force. Like Purple/Advanced Accesories can only be earned trough Shards and with exchaning chests. Once youve collected a certain amount of shards, depending on accesory and quality, you can combine it into a full Accesory, which can be then equipped. General shards can also be used as a shard, which works for any accesory. But it is reccomended to save these rare General Shards for the Breaktrough (upgrading Advanced Accesory to High Tech)
