Yeah, they drop randomly. You can do the "Drop 10" feature, as well, so you don't have to do contests over again.

I am afraid I need help with this also. When I am in Princess mode, and on the dressing page, I don't have a "momo's tip's" like I do in maiden mode. I just have " quest tips", and that the "proper style is ....."
And the hour glass doesn't get me a S rank. Only gives a A rank.
