What you want to do for this level is swap three pairs of arrow jewels. I'm not sure if there is an official name for them, but they look like the logical biconditional symbol . They don't have to match in color or orientation. The level actually starts you off with a pair which you can swap immediately, so that you only have to really "work" for two more pairs.
