Lost time

You’ll be able to build more mines quickly and make up the list time starting with one mine and little xenon.

Might consider rhandomancy first, as you can use glyphs to earn xenon, gold, and iridium quickly.

96000 gold and 75 xenon per mine. You will also need yeti to work the quarry.

So far, Modern Medicine seems to only be for a side quest of no importance.

Definitely spin the wheel and purchase a mix of glyphs every day. There is a balance that you will figure out as you progress. I spin the wheel during idle time like while watching TV or riding in a car. Up to over 14 million gold, almost 300,000 iridium, and over 15,000 xenon. Also the fastest way to level up and gain more buildings.

Food production is not affected. I’m not aware of any issues with water. The oases seem to dry up at times, like during the water sample quest, but they replenish after a while. I haven’t noticed them drying up after that.

This last comment was supposed to go with the question on oases. Whoops

You can squeeze six mega farms and two wineries around an oasis if you plan correctly.

They dry up temporarily, but replenish themselves.

Mines can be upgraded to borehole mines with unlimited production. You probably need to research something, but I’ve forgotten what it might be.

If you click the character icon, it should give the requirements for the quest. If it’s not clear, you should be able to click in the little information icon within the quest description for the particulars.

Place it in the default spot behind the first pyramid. This will give more room later for glyphs, and the top left quadrant can’t be used for anything else.

Next upgrade is mega house which holds 11 workers

Buy a balance of glyphs every day, and they will all steadily increase. I also spin the wheel regularly—when sitting in front of the TV or riding as passenger in the car. Best way to get extra resources quickly.

Need to upgrade for winery. Winery has to be placed next to upgraded oasis. If you’ve got six mega farm around a water supply, you can move a couple of them over to squeeze in a winery in the gap. They’re small.

There are a couple of additional quests once you finish all research. Newest are mega houses and enhanced crystalisks.
