New update: I made it to 68 by getting 13000 Xp on the wheel a few times. I completed all tasks and buildings. The only thing left to build are decorations.
No new buildings and no new tasks. End of the game is 67.

This is apparently the end of the game. I am half way to 64 and only 2 tasks remain but can't precede unless I just gather stuff for 1 point each for days until I level. I need stones that are unavailable for a decoration.
The prize wheel just gives gold, I usually land on 3.
