It was happening to me but someone in the discord helped me solve it for IOS.

Steps
1.go to setting
2.Sign out of iTunes/AppStore
3. Go general then scroll down to restrictions
4. Turn off advertising

You can sign back in to AppStore after. If it doesn’t work then do it again but DONT sign back in to AppStore.
