I've been trying to select the highchair with the eye, the hand and just by clicking on it (im using a phone) but it wont let me give it to him even tho it says now

No the game doesnt decide if you get a boy or girl, if you want a certain gender you need to click on the no tutorial option and it will let you choose a name for the boy or girl
