Hey so I recently purchased

Hey so I recently purchased the Santa Outfit & Santa Hat in the Fashion Paradise Boutique but when I checked my closest a few days later the Hat was there but no dress, I didn't even realise. I've contacted support but they keep asking me loads of questions I can't remember the answer too, how much was the dress, what day/time did I purchase it ect but I honestly can't remember. I kinda just get in a zone when I'm playing, I thought it would make a great Christmas Outfit but now the dress has gone from the store something else is in its place & I've wasted god knows how many diamonds for an outfit I don't have. Can anyone help please just tell me how much it costs & any other advice would be greatly appreciated thank you x
