I have finally found out how to shoo parrots from the tree of life. You zoom to the tree and there's a parrot slightly above the tree (on my map it looks like the parrot is on the road or some other tree that grew just beside manos tree). When you click the parrot the other one comes in a few seconds. But parrots are really there, you just have to zoom in your map.
