I'm on Android. So what I did was after I was done with ch 1 on Gotham, I redid everything (1-1 and on) I chose the hospital and redid 1-3 and 1-4. I redid 1-6. Got out of ch 1 to ch 2, and back. It opened 1-12. (Idk if you have to do everything exactly as I did, but maybe just 1-2 & 1-6?) Hope this helps.
