Are all promo codes not working

But I didn't get nearly as many coins credit. But they researched my issue and found mistakes

Update.......addressed with customer service they did investigate....and I was right they credited me almost 800k coins lost

It's definitely happened with 1 game that I never play when all games were open.
And its happened alot of times on seniorota game.
They responded back and gave me some coins. I would never inquire if it hadn't happen.

I've had games be in the middle of bonus round and freeze the boot me off where exactly do you write to them
