Remove the top two central tiles by matching with the outside visible ones. Then work from the middle removing three tiles in the right direction. Follow by removing the right hand bottom tile to open a gap to a hidden group of 4 tiles. Remove the right hand bottom one and match up to triples, follow by the left hand bottom one and match up again. The two tiles at the top of the gap are a pair and can be matched as usual.
