Hello ,Thank you for contacting us. We're sorry to hear that you have encountered difficulties while playing our game. To ensure we rule out all possible issues, please give these steps a try.
- Close any other apps aside from June's Journey that are running. Find detailed instructions on how to quit an app here: http://www.wikihow.com/Close-Apps-on-Android
- Restart your device - yes, we know “Have you tried turning it off and on again?”...but it does work most of the time!
- Ensure 2GB free space at least in your device.
- Ensure that you are running your device on a stable connection. We suggest WiFi. You can test your connection here: www.speedtest.net
- Tap the WiFi icon to disable your WiFi connection. Wait 30 seconds. Tap the icon again to turn your WiFi back on. This should refresh your mobile internet connection.
- If your Android version is not up to date, please check your device's settings for an update to your Android platform (Settings> System Updates> Check for Updates). Once you have updated your device, give the game another try.
- If you have another device available, give the game a try there.
If this doesn't work, please provide us with any other devices you have tried, so that we can better investigate this for a proper resolution. Please also provide us with a screenshot of the connection speed test result from this site ( https://www.speedtest.net/ ).
Once you have attempted the steps and provided the above information, we'll be happy to further investigate this issue for you.
