Knitted hat will come from the adoption certificate. Finish the cat mansion to max and it will probably give you messy yarn. Sometimes it’s only cat toys, so it can take a while and you have to build up to the Cat mansion again. The butterfly balloon will come from the double seat. It’ll give you balloons and just merge them until getting the butterfly! On my picture you see the cat mansion, messy yarn and balloon next to each other. Good luck!
