I find if you wait for the baby to tip its head forward and put the moon food right on her open mouth.Then let go that always helps me feed the baby

This might help because I kept running into both. Forgetting to uncover the baby or I forget to turn the light on. Good luck. Wouldn't it be fun if we could have play dates. ☺️
