I lost my game on level 2080 in June pand they fixed it once then it happened again and like you, NO RESPONSE. I think a full blown boycott for a day or two is necessary to show Wooga we re not their pets. I also lost over 100 diamonds today! I had 186 this morning. I didn't buy anything and there are no side games to lose money on. I played a scene and looked up to see I had FORTY EIGHT!!!. I sent a message to support and didn't even get the Bot response. Wooga needs to see that players don't need them, they need the players
