  The chill out area does seem to slow down business in the restaurant due to having to stock up on meals.

  I went with the Chillout Area first and you are able to choose which foods you want to serve. Having three different options of food. But since I didn't have the chef I wasn't able to make certain foods. So it limited my capabilities in the Chill Out area.

  Now my goal is to rank up. My current rank is Chef De Cuisine. I have yet to see anyone with a higher rank. One of the toughest goals to rank up, is the blue import crate which you need 10 of, which you can receive once completing certain Chill Out events.

  I decided to buy the Indian chef because then I can shift the tables that are waiting faster. Therefore being in more customers and cash. From what I can see in other people's games the chillout area isn't always in use either. I'm gambling on the chef first!

  If you are referring to the import crates from the Wholesale deliveries, from what I have read, those come with the Chillout area at level 17.

  You have to reach level 17. The chillout area is the pool. I hope this helped you.
