Does anyone know what the requirements are for leveling up on borders. I know some upgrade by leveling up. But I have the dice border with 2 bubbles filled in and was wondering what I have to do to get the 3rd bubble filled in? Anyone know?

I played this morning, first time on the new format (I think it's awful!) and discovered the sounds had turned themselves on. Went into Settings, unticked the Sounds boxes -- but it asked me to sign in before I could Save. I couldn't remember the password, so I clicked on "forgot password" and reset my password via the link they sent. When I tried to go back to my account, I discovered they had issued me with a different Buddy number - my old one, but with four extra numbers added on the end (now a 14 digit number when it was 10 before). I tried to change my username back by deleting the extra four numbers, but it says "password already in use"!! Of course it is - it is mine!! Can anyone tell me how to reclaim my original account, plus my level 50, plus my bonus rolls and thousands of diamonds? I'm in the middle of three games with regular buddies too. I've emailed the online help form but no response. VERY frustrating.

I hear ya country boy!!! I spend money buy rolls and just now once again 60 rolls used to play a 3 tier tower... I beat level 1-2 no problem... Got top the top tier and 60 rolls 60!!!! And lost by 2 points... I was trying to see what us in the bucket but HELL NO!!!! BAM its all gone... The last time I got up 10 tiers on a 15 tier tower and BAM they took it ALL away....

Had to re-install Yahtzee with Buddies on my iphone. But, when I log in with the email address I had used before, it created a new username (didn't ask me for it but made it up somehow). Now I can't login and get my original username and all my diamonds and level 13. I still exist out there because this newly created username can challenge the original username and--get this--it uses my picture and info of the original username. Anyone know how I can get back to that username? If I try to change my username in 'settings' it won't let me save because it says it already is used. So, it would appear that my one email address is associated with 2 usernames, but I can only access the new one. Very frustrating. I've written this all to their help desk, but have not received a reply. It's been 2 days. Can anyone help me?

diamonds are for the new holi-duels, in order to play a match you have to spend a diamond. If you win, you get a diamond. You get a free match a day. it's like a head to head tournament. there are different things you get like an avatar border, for example winning 3 in a row at the emerald level gets you an avatar i believe. winning the whole tournament will get you one too. they are like the custom dice.

Sorry I'm dense, where do I find out what the level two achievement is? I'm do confused. What did I do too achieve level one?

Complete (+claim) level II of all Trick Play achievements. Expand Trick Play section to Show All. Any achievement with listed as level II must be completed. Big tip: I did so but didn't receive my Casino Reds. I contacted customer support wondering what was up? Something I noticed after achieving Even Steven I -Tie a game, it changes to Even Steven II - tie 5 games. Then Even Steven III, etc. Customer support made this achievement at Level III one of theiir arguing points, added to nonsensical blah blah, mentioning completion of even some of the III AND IV achievements. It took them almost two weeks to get back to me, arguing their grammar and his argument were moot. I opened the game to play and their were two custom dice ready to activate--Casino Red & Purple. I win Hope you win as well Have fun.
