2 wells in mad island have unlimited supply of tools. I don't move to other islands till I've finished all the islands available. I'm currently doing troy island and will move to other islands from troy once I finish the quest and have mined all the resources.

They're blue stone outcroppings. You can find them on most islands. The example screenshot was taken on Mad Island.

There are more then 3 hearts on mad island. One in bottom left corner area one near huge rock on bottom side of map close to the pathway to the right. One behing big tree top right corner side and another in top left quarter of map in the mass of trees.

You find the ship on Mad Island and the put it into storage. From storage set it up on the Secret Island.
