I have contacted Wooga concerning the daily reward feature. Here was their response - "The daily reward feature is actually still being tested, so only random players are granted access to it. However, it may be available to you soon!" They also said for current news and updates, refer to Agent Alice Fanpage - http://www.agentalice.com
So, guess that answers the question of the "daily rewards". Hope we all get them soon!!!

@Tony: In regards to what you suggested to Debbe about Episode 3's problem (which I have as well), I contacted customer support through the app itself and I got this as a response: "We suggest you regularly check Google Play/App Store for the latest updated versions of Agent Alice, as these updates usually contain fixes for the issues you've experienced. Furthermore, following Agent Alice page on Facebook (www.facebook.com/AgentAlice) will keep you up-to-date with the latest news and game improvements." So, besides waiting for a possible update in the future to help those of us that are stuck, it's either we restart the game over from the beginning or just stop playing... It's very frustrating.
